Last week I was driving home from a gig with my friend Kelly Wayne Lancaster. Kelly is an accomplished Mandolin/Guitar player and he's never a bore to hang around with. On the drive home he had these words to say:

Doubt is the biggest mistake in music. You gotta fucking play your instrument! You can't doubt the musicians you play with."
Kelly has performed and toured with Willy Nelson, James McKinney, Paul Buskirk and a host of other noted musical artists. He's also a national mandolin/guitar champion. Hat's off to Kelly.
